Past Winners

My school has fought very hard to keep our school a strings school rather than being converted to a band. Because of our program being an orchestra, we have allowed students in grade 5 and 6 to start instrumental, which means they get two extra years of music. This resulted in so many kids falling in love with music and continuing into the high schools and feeding into high schools that have orchestras and string programs. Winning these instruments means so much to my students because it keeps our program alive. You have no idea what these instruments mean to my students, school and community.
